Our goods are delivered world-wide by Pošta Slovenije.

Delivery shall be made to the address specified in the order and you should make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.

Products in stock will be sent out within 5 working days, products that are unfortunately out of stock will be sent out within 15 day upon receipt of your order. In the case of a longer delivery time you will be notified by email.

We’ll do our best to dispatch your order within these time limits. However, if for any reason we shall be unable to perform within 30 days after receipt of your order, you’ll be offered an alternative or given a full refund.

Delivery time begins from the date you receive an e-mail notice that your order is being processed. Once your Goods are on their way to you, you’ll receive another e-mail note from us.

The delivery costs are charged by making the purchase contract, thus after your payment you have no extra cost. Delivery is charged at the applicable rates of Pošta Slovenije.

We are not responsible for any customs issues, such as tax and duty, neither the loss of package by deliverers. We are not responsible for the cost of shipping if delivery fails and goods get shipped back to us, neither the cost of resending any exchange items back out to you.

Cash on delivery fees, taxes and custom duties are non-refundable.


DAMAGED / FAULTY GOODS 

Title and risk in the goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery of the goods, however you should inspect the goods immediately upon receipt, if you receive faulty or damaged goods, please send them back to us for a full refund (see Returns). Please inform us immediately (within the first 2 days of receipt) if goods are faulty or damaged; after this time, we cannot take responsibility for any damages.

In the event that the package is physically damaged, it lacks content, or showing signs of opening, you have to file a complaint against relevant postal service.
