As a customer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to claim a withdraw from the contract without stating your reason for this decision. However it must be done within 8 days of receipt of the Goods, with an email to our contact address: bili.camu(at)gmail.com.

Yet, you will bear the shipping costs for returning the Goods to us.

Goods must be returned to the seller within 8 days (postmark date) after the notice of withdrawal from the contract(purchase). The Store shall be informed in advance about the way of the Goods returning. Cash on Delivery shipments are not accepted. If you fail to return the Goods following a cancellation, we shall be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the Goods from you.

Returns are only accepted under this policy if the Goods are complete with all original packaging, tags and receipts, in the condition in which they were originally sent and sellable, and the returns procedure has been strictly adhered to. Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the customer’s fault the customer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.

We will repay your money (total purchase price) within 15 days of receiving the returned Goods.

If the Goods are damaged, dirty or have other visible signs of use, a withdrawal from the contract cannot be made 

If the returned product matches one of the above mentioned cases, but we still decide to take it back, you may be charged its restoration costs.


faulty Goods / transport damage

Title and risk in the goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery of the goods, however you should inspect the goods immediately upon receipt, if you receive faulty or damaged goods, please send them back to us for a full refund. Please inform us immediately (within the first 2 days of receipt) if goods are faulty or damaged; after this time, we cannot take responsibility for any damages.
In the event that the package is physically damaged, it lacks content, or showing signs of opening, you have to file a complaint against relevant postal service.
